Bratcher’s music career began in rural Oklahoma, where he studied any and all music technology he could get his hands on in order to explore the boundary breaking sounds of Aphex Twin and Nine Inch Nails, key inspirations at the time. After cutting his teeth in the studio track by track, he eventually found himself mentored by dance music legends MSTRKRFT, who guided the artist to refine his ear for more mature songwriting while still maintaining his affinity for industrial and experimental tones, the combination of which would later culminate into his signature sound
