Wild Culture pay homage to the 80’s on new CAEZAR remix

Wild Culture have put their spin on indie-pop trio CAEZAR’s ‘Hold On’. The synth-heavy remix ‘Hold On (Wild Culture Back To The 80s Remix)’, as the name suggests, is an 80’s inspired rework of shimmering intensity.

Wild Culture are no strangers to the circuit, discovered by  German duo Tube&Berger. They have themselves been remixed by a string of renowned artists, including Lexer, Nico Pusch and Purple Disco Machine.

The track is lifted from CAEZAR’s new EP, ‘HAIL!’ The Remixes EP (a follow up to recently released ‘HAIL!’) featuring remixes by Kitsune label delegates Is Tropical (UK Music Video Award – Best Animation and Best Rock/Indie Video, Antville Music Video Awards – Video of the Year), In Flagranti (who have remixed music from a host of acclaimed artists, including Erol Alkan, Crystal Fighters, Benny Benassi, Moonbootica, Bag Raiders, Blood Orange, Franz Ferdinand, Röyksopp and The Avalanches),  BAXT and MAKESHIFTER.

The track is energetic and club-ready, an impressive ode to the original that resonates with 80’s vibe while paying homage to the original. Here Wild Culture lean towards the retro/vintage end of the spectrum and deliver a pleasant and uplifting sonic journey.
